David Cohen — Co-Founder & President
Working at the intersection of politics and entrepreneurship, David has led winning political and advocacy campaigns for candidates, progressive organizations and Fortune 25 companies. One of Obama’s first hires in 2007, he led campaign efforts in NV, CT, and WI primaries, and managed the $50 million direct mail program. As a consultant, he built innovative programs that bridge data, tech, politics and advocacy.
Leslie Martes — Chief Executive Officer
As veteran political strategist, Leslie has served as Vice President of Political and Strategic Initiatives at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee, and has held leadership positions at the League of Conservation Voters, the Voter Participation Center, and the North Carolina House Democratic Caucus. She has worked on political campaigns at all levels, focused on expanding the map of opportunity for Democratic power.
