David Cohen — Founder & Co-CEO
Working at the intersection of politics and entrepreneurship, David has led winning political and advocacy campaigns for candidates, progressive organizations and Fortune 25 companies. One of Obama’s first hires in 2007, he led campaign efforts in NV, CT, and WI primaries, and managed the $50 million direct mail program. As a consultant, he built innovative programs that bridge data, tech, politics and advocacy.
Vicky Hausman — Founder & Co-CEO
A strategist and entrepreneur, Vicky works to address market failures that stand in the way of social justice. Prior to Forward Majority, she was a Partner & Managing Director with Dalberg, the largest social impact strategy firm, with 25 offices worldwide. Vicky was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, and started her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer at a family planning clinic in the West Indies.
